Interstate Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: IHR), the nation's largest independent hotel management company, today announced that the company has been named by Orlando-based Florida Capital to manage the Hilton Garden Inn in Lexington, Ky. It is Interstate's sixth management contract with Florida Capital, which purchased the hotel in December 2003.
The 100-room hotel, originally opened in 1999, is located six miles from downtown Lexington on the city's east side, near the confluence of Interstates 75 and 64 and within walking distance of Hamburg Pavilion Shopping Complex -- the second ...
