CLEVELAND, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Case Western Reserve University President Edward M. Hundert, M.D., and the Case Board of Trustees today announced the appointment of John L. Anderson, Ph.D., as provost and university vice president, effective April 1, 2004. Since 1996, Anderson has served as dean of Carnegie Mellon University's College of Engineering where he is also a professor of chemical engineering.
