Article: Time Warner Promises Better Cable Service in Johnston County, N.C.

Jan. 6--Time Warner Cable executives told the Johnston County commissioners Monday that customers of beleaguered Johnston County Cable can look forward to digital cable, high-speed Internet access and iCONTROL movies on demand.

But it may take up to two years to reach all parts of the county.
