Expanding on the success of its full size, Maryland-Style Crab Cakes, Icelandic[R] now offers all new .65 oz.-75 oz. mini sizes.
There are two different gourmet mini varieties--a breaded one for deep frying and a pre-cooked one for baking or microwaving.
According to Tom Sherman, Director of Marketing, "Icelandic[R] is using an award recipe which delivers the true taste of the famous, Maryland-Style crab cake. The recipe uses only 100% blue swimming crab which is blended with other select ingredients to deliver an authentic taste."
