Jeremy Peace, the chairman of West Bromwich Albion, and Kappa, now own 60.37% of the club after shareholders accepted a 55 [pounds sterling] per share offer for 9,220 shares.

Peace was obliged to make an offer to acquire the rest of the company after he and Kappa took control of more than 50% of the issued share capital earlier this year, when Peace bought predecessor Paul Thompson's 20% stake in the club.
