If yoga had a marketing body and it was looking for a new representative to shatter the activity's stereotypical image, then it could do a lot worse than to employ Richard Segal.
Once a week, for the last three and a hall years, the 40-year old chief executive of Odeon, the UK's largest cinema operator, has done one and a hall hours a week of stretching and chanting. If his recent performance at the company is anything to go by, maybe there is something in Segal's enthusiastic endorsement of the energy-giving and stress-relieving benefits of this form of exercise.
