Warsaw Stock Exchange will bid for over 44% stake of Vilnius Stock Exchange by early March
Warsaw. January 8. INTERFAX-EUROPE - The Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) will place an offer to buy a chunk of the Vilnius Stock Exchange by March 5, WSE officials announced Thursday.
"Yes, we will place an offer to purchase this stock exchange by March 5," WSE president Wieslaw Rozlucki told reporters.
Lithuania intends to offer an over 44% stake of the stock exchange in Vilnius to a strategic investor.
