AS the literary row over Lord of The Rings showed, when it comes to picking the 'best' of all time, compiling lists is no easy matter.
In a recent article in Boxing News editor Claude Abrams argued that Roy Jones Jnr was the best fighter in the history of the sport. He is certainly the pre-eminent boxer of his era, but the best of all time? Claude has a strong case but I would argue against it.
I cannot dispute Jones's brilliance. Indeed I have hailed it in this column, acknowledging that his victory over John Ruiz last year ...
