Article: Good Times Ahead, Economists Say at Annual San Diego Roundtable.

Jan. 10--With the national economy beginning to show signs of life, San Diego is poised for a robust rebound following slow growth in 2003.

So said economists yesterday at the annual San Diego County Economic Roundtable. They predicted that more investment by businesses for new equipment and continued low interest rates would push San Diego's economy forward after a stagnant 2003, when job growth slowed to a crawl.
