In a memorable scene from "Saturday Night Live," Garrett Morris is so infuriated at a politician's answer to a reporter's question that he takes off his shoe and throws it at the TV, shattering the glass. Or recall the famous scene in "Network," when people lean out their windows, shouting, "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore."
As a media trainer, these are two of my anticipated reactions to the debates, speeches and interviews we're going to be bombarded with as the 2004 Presidential election year heats up. This is the quadrennial time media trainers tend to duck for cover.
