Lord Rothschild not involved in Menatep management
MOSCOW. Nov 4 (Interfax) - Lord Jacob Rothschild did not accept beneficiary rights to manage a stake in Group Menatep Limited, MFO Menatep said in a statement Tuesday, responding to recent reports.
"Lord Rothschild is neither a shareholder nor a beneficiary and does not take any part in the group's management. Lord Rothschild is a member of the Open Russia Foundation and is friendly with Group Menatep shareholders, but it would be a mistake to conclude that he was involved in the work of the group," the statement says.
