Continental Teves: Electronic stability control
Continental Teves says it will supply more than 3.6 million electronic stability control units to automakers in North America, Europe and Asia this model year, an increase of more than 7 percent over the 2003 model year.
Continental Teves, based in Auburn Hills, Mich., is the North American operation of Germany's Continental AG.
The supplier has launched production for six new electronic stability-control programs in North America on 2004 vehicles. More than 30 2004 models have Continental's electronic stability program.
