Jan. 16--There was a time not long ago when all a San Diego employer had to do was show a job recruit the weather page and a couple of sunsets on the beach and the dotted line was signed.
Not anymore, say those who recruit and relocate people for local employers.
The lifestyle is still a big selling point, but eight straight years of double-digit increases in home prices have made a relocation to San Diego County a much tougher sell for companies looking elsewhere for talent.
