WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The Committee for Justice (CFJ), which promotes constitutionalist judicial nominees, today applauded President George W. Bush for bypassing obstructionist Democrats in the U.S. Senate by recess appointing federal court Judge Charles Pickering to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
