Internet Initiative Japan Inc. (IIJ, NASDAQ: IIJIE) today announced that the Company and its 91.3% subsidiary, IIJ America Inc., participated in founding the Messaging Anti Abuse Working Group. The group is made up of 19 international telecommunications companies, ISPs, and related businesses and is aimed at developing measures that will combat spam e-mails and other unethical uses of the Internet.
