Deep-Sea Leisure, the Alternative Investment Market-listed attractions operator, announced changes across its hoard.

Following Richard Golding's resignation as chairman and director, effective from 1 December, Angel Barrachina will move into the role from his position as non-executive director.

Golding became chairman in August 2002, having been a non-executive director since March 2001. He has also resigned his post as chief executive of Aspro Ocia SA, the main operating company within the Aspro Group, which holds a majority interest in Deep-Sea through its Net-Ein subsidiary.
