MUSHERS and their huskies are not a sight you would expect to see in Delamere forest.
However, husky handlers Steve and Andrea Taylor can be seen practising sled runs with their pack of 10 Siberian huskies three times a week on the snowless plains of the woodland.
Despite the lack of snow to practise on, Mr and Mrs Taylor, from Northwich, are hoping to emulate the award winning success of the Jamaican bobsled team, as seen in the film Cool Runnings.
