Chex Services Inc., which was recently fired as a provider of cash services for Seminole-owned casinos in Florida, today announced that it has sued the tribe and the company that replaced it. Chex Services, a subsidiary of Equitex Inc. of Englewood, CO, filed lawsuits against Native American Cash Systems of Florida Inc. (NACSF), which owns casinos in Hollywood, Coconut Creek, Tampa, Brighton and Immokalee, FL, and Cash Systems Inc. of Burnsville, MN quitex gave no details about the litigation. Cash Systems replaced Chex Services Wednesday, two days after NACSF fired Chex Services for alleged breaches of their five-year contract that the companies signed in December 2001. ...
