"I was blessed to have participated in NEPVA's Charles River and Lake Winnipesaukee tournaments earlier this year, and from these events I knew in my heart the Maine BASS Federation and its members would welcome the idea of hosting and participating in this type of bass tournament," recalls Heath Morris, Maine BASS Federation president.
