Japan's Sanden will invest EUR 60 mln in Polish car air-conditioning plant
Warsaw. January 20. INTERFAX-EUROPE - Japan's Sanden Corporation intends to invest EUR 60 mln (some PLN 280 mln) over two years in a new automotive equipment production facility in the Legnica Special Economic Zone (LSSE) in southern Poland, company officials announced in Warsaw Tuesday.
"The new plant, for the production of automotive air conditioner compressors, will be Sanden's second manufacturing facility in Europe after Rennes in France," Sanden Chairman and CEO Masayoshi Ushikubo told journalists.
