Paul Davril Inc. of Los Angeles, the manufacturer and wholesaler of apparel for men and women, and Dillard's Inc. are in a fight over a $1.05 million bill.
Paul Davril is suing the Little Rock retailer for breach of contract in connection with its fall and holiday 2002 season line and a shipment it sent in the first quarter of 2003. Dillard's has also sued PDI for breach of contract.
