WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- With election year politics now shifting into high gear, President Bush's State of the Union address attempted to reassure nervous American households that job creation will be his administration's highest domestic priority. However, the President's reaffirmation of his immigration initiative, announced two weeks ago, means that few, if any, of the jobs that may be created by an expanding U.S. economy will go to American workers.
