Jamestown Container Cleveland Inc., has acquired the principal business assets of North Coast Box & Container Corp., a corrugated sheet plant in Cleveland. Jamestown Container will service former North Coast Box customers primarily from Jamestown's existing Warrensville Heights, Ohio, facility located in a Cleveland suburb. The deal was completed Jan. 2. The purchase price was not disclosed.
About 11 people worked at North Coast Box. President and former owner Richard Horky has joined Jamestown Container, along with several key employees, says Larry Hudson, general manager of Jamestown's Lake Erie Region. The North Coast Box plant has already been closed and the ...
