Call it hip-hop, be-bop, jammin' or simply house aerobics. Funk is now the catchword for original, fun-filled workouts.

Originally an East Coast phenomenon, funk has added new dimension to the fitness industry. Typically, aerobic classes use combinations of steps such as jacks, kicks, knee lifts, ponies, etc. When used creatively, these combinations provide exhilirating workouts. Step benches offer yet another dimension to exercise.
