Hundreds of friends, family members and civic leaders gathered this morning at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center to celebrate the legacy of the late Annette Strauss, former Mayor of Dallas.
Today would have been Mrs. Strauss' 80th birthday.
The Strauss family marked the occasion by making a $1 million Founding Family Leadership Gift to help design and construct the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts.
