INTERFAX-EUROPE - France Telecom will soon buy the remaining 3.9% stake in dominant Polish telecom operator TPSA still held by Poland's State Treasury, according to the ISB news agency, which was cited by the daily "Parkiet." "Negotiations [with TPSA's French parent] have been positive but the agreement is yet to be signed," a source close to the transaction told the agency. (Parkiet)
