TRINIDAD TO BUY SUGAR FROM GUYANA. The Government of Trinidad & Tobago has signed an agreement with Guyana to import raw sugar from that country in 2004, to help meet current demand following the closure of Caroni 1975 Ltd., reports Stabroek News (Jan. 8, 2004).
