Jan. 27--It's not a typical location for a funeral agency.
Then again, Farewell Funeral Service strives to be different.
Last week, owner Dan Whitehurst moved his 5-year-old funeral service to a new 4,000-square-foot site north of Herndon Avenue, in the middle of a growing business park.
The business is surrounded by offices. There is a BMW car dealership down the street. And you can see the rear of a Wal-Mart store from the funeral agency's parking lot.
