Jan. 28--MANCHESTER, N.H. -- Sen. John Kerry bagged his second straight impressive victory yesterday, cruising past Howard Dean with another double-digit win.
With all eyes on Dean for a possible repeat of his vein-busting speech, he was cheerful and upbeat in defeat, failing to congratulate Kerry but insisting that "the people of New Hampshire have allowed our campaign to regain its momentum."
