THE Irish equivalent of Freddie Kanoute is not likely to get the green light from Brian Kerr.
After Spurs striker Kanoute caused a mini-storm at White Hart Lane earlier this month, by opting to switch nationality from France to Mali before jetting off to the African Cup of Nations, eyes turned to Ireland.
