WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced today the conclusion of its competition to select a developer and a vision for the development of Southeast Federal Center (SEFC), which will serve as the basis for negotiating a Development Agreement over the next six months. The development team led by Forest City Washington, Inc. of Bethesda, MD, proposes to undertake a vibrant, urban mixed-use development for the 42-acre SEFC site, located on the west bank of the Anacostia River in Washington, DC.
