CORRECTION (ran 1/30/04): Former Junction City Administrator Bert McClintock did not know about the creation and submission of false documents to cover up accidents in the Public Works Department, according to a labor attorney's report presented at Tuesday's City Council meeting. A story on Page D1 on Wednesday incorrectly said McClintock was aware of the documents.
