Empire Blue Cross-Blue Shield named insurer for new Child Health Plus
Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield has been selected by New York State as an insurer for the new statewide health-insurance program for children called Child Health Plus. The program is being offered in the 27 eastern counties of the state, including the five boroughs of New York City and Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
