HOUSTON, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Garden Ridge Corporation today announced that it and its subsidiaries have filed to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code with the primary goal of renegotiating certain of its store lease agreements and certain other arrangements. The Company filed its petition with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
