The teenage driver in a crash that killed three other boys last month was arrested Monday at his home and taken to the county's juvenile detention center on three charges of criminally negligent homicide, Chief Deputy Lane County District Attorney Kent Mortimore said.
Andrew Ginder, 17, of Veneta, faces a juvenile court hearing this morning to determine whether he will be released pending the outcome of the criminal case.
