Agreement on state purchase of M5 motorway ready for signature - price not yet public
Budapest. February 2. INTERFAX-EUROPE - The State Motorway Management Rt (AAK) will buy Alfoldi Koncesszios Autopalya (AKA) Rt, concession holder and owner of the M5 motorway, economy and transport ministry state secretary Gyula Gaal told MTI.
Agreement has been reached on the terms for the motorway's sale - the decision has been made, although the government still has to sign the contract, Gaal said. AAK will finance the transaction from a loan provided by commercial banks. Gaal refused to reveal the purchase price, as the contract is not yet signed.
