NEW YORK -- Caribbean energy markets have always been fragmented by the number of islands and by the range of their size and income levels. But Trinidad & Tobago's thriving natural gas industry has opened the possibility of gas exports to other Caribbean nations, which could revolutionize the economies and power industries of Caribbean nations.
