ABOUT THE AMERICAN SOCIETY OF INTERIOR DESIGNERS
With more than 33,000 members, the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) is the world's largest association of professional interior designers.
Officially founded on Jan. 1, 1975, through the consolidation of the American Institute of Interior Designers (AID) and the National Society of Interior Designers (NSID), the organization's roots date back to 1931, when AID was first formed.
