Not to be forgotten in an increasingly crowded retail mix in the eastern suburbs, the 44-year-old Landerwood Plaza has kicked off 2004 with the signing of two new tenants.
The Pepper Pike shopping center, a town focal point that at the time of its 1960 opening was the only shopping option for locals, has added a neighborhood woman's upscale accessory shop and soon will welcome sandwich chain Subway. Owners of a Cleveland Heights bakery also are negotiating a lease.
