Littlefield Corporation (Nasdaq:LTFD) announced today that it has leased 4,000 square feet of commercial retail space in its Columbia One Shopping Center in West Columbia, S.C. The space which will be used as an auto parts store is currently being renovated by the tenant and will be occupied shortly.
Columbia One Shopping Center consists of approximately 53,000 SF of retail space. Littlefield currently occupies 19,000 SF of the space utilized for the operation of a "B" and a "C" bingo hall. The Company formerly operated two "B" bingo halls (in addition to the "C" bingo hall) in this ...
