Broker searching for growth in Orange County
James Travers, the Los Angeles-based commercial real estate broker known for bagging big deals, has added an Orange County address to his firm Travers Realty Corp.
Within recent months Travers, whose brokerage firm represents tenants exclusively, has set up an Orange County office in Jamboree Center in Irvine. Travers has operated in Orange County for years and handled some of the county's largest leases, representing big name tenants like the law firms Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher; Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth; and downtown Los Angeles-based oil giant Unocal Corp.
