Fitch Ratings assigns an underlying 'A+' rating to the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida's (the district) approximately $56.9 million certificates of participation (COPs or certificates) (School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida Master Lease Program), series 2004B.
The COPs, expected to be insured by MBIA, are scheduled to price on or around Feb. 9 through a syndicate led by Citigroup and UBS Financial Services and mature July 1, 2005-2026.
