Northrup Grumman Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Co., Newport News, Va., is being awarded a $139,305,333 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-01-C-2103, for fiscal 04 advanced planning and material procurement for the refueling and complex overhaul (RCOH) of the USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). Work will be performed in Newport News, Va. (99%), and Puget Sound, Wash. (1%), and is expected to be completed by November 2004.
