From the outside, there is nothing remarkable about the Miami Lakes headquarters of Kislak National Bank. It is a white, streamlined edifice that fits in well among its fellow buildings.
Inside, things are different. Forget the plethora of paintings and old maps that hang on the walls. Other banks have artwork. What they don't have is a full-fledged museum of Columbian and pre-Columbian art on the second floor, a world-class collection that has become a regular part of the curriculum for Miami-Dade school children.
