TILLAMOOK, Ore., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- After nearly four years of legal wrangling, Judge Michael Mosman yesterday declared that the family-owned Tillamook Country Smoker (TCS) has the right to use its mark, TILLAMOOK COUNTRY SMOKER, as it has for the past 27 years.
