NEW YORK -- Betsey Johnson has signed a four-year licensing agreement with the Los Angeles-based Innovo Group Inc. to design, market and distribute a line of women's jeans and denim-related apparel.
Launching for fall retailing, the line will consist of jeans, T-shirts and other tops under the Betsey Johnson label. The agreement allows for an initial four-year term with renewal options. The line will be targeted to better department and specialty stores in the U.S. and Canada, as well as to the Betsey Johnson retail boutiques nationwide.
