2004 FEB 22 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- There was a significantly increased incidence in death from renal failure among Taiwanese people who drank water with high levels of calcium, researchers say.
"The possible association between the risk of death from renal failure NO and the levels of calcium in drinking water from municipal supplies was investigated in a matched case-control study in Taiwan," scientists in Taiwan report.
