What was that Jim Spore was saying the other day?

Something about common sense?

"It's an unconscionable decision that needs to be overturned," railed the Virginia Beach city manager on Monday. "Somebody up there needs to get some common sense."

In case you missed it, Spore was griping about a lack of good, old-fashioned common sense in Washington.
