A new chapter in the dispute between the PCS telephone company, Colombia Movil and Actel - Hola Communications, over the use of the OLA trade name has been taking place. Colombia Movil has decided not to go ahead with its registration of the "Hola" trademark, which it had said it wanted to do in April, 2003.
