ATLANTA, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Wells Real Estate Funds has promoted John Oliver to lead the newly created national business development initiative. His primary responsibility is developing new business opportunities on the national level through property acquisitions and expanded corporate services to existing and future tenants in the Wells Real Estate Funds property portfolios.
